Thank you for shopping with The Pretty Girl's DIY Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”). The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms of this policy.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email. The daily order cutoff time is 17:00 Beijing Time. Any orders placed after 17:00 will be processed on the next business day. Minor delays may occur during large sales events and peak logistics periods, and we will notify customers via email in case of special situations.

We only provide international cross-border shipping services. We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Certain countries and regions that are restricted by logistics and customs regulations are not available for shipping. The final shipping scope is subject to the checkout page of our website.
3. Shipping Methods & Fees


Standard International Shipping
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Express Shipping: 3-5 business days with additional fees.
The estimated delivery time is for reference only. Actual delivery time may be delayed due to logistics, customs clearance and other unforeseen factors.
4. Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight and selected shipping method. The final shipping fee is subject to the amount displayed on the checkout page.
5. Order Tracking
Once your goods are shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email containing the tracking number and query link. You can check the real-time logistics status online at any time. Please contact our customer service for help if your package has no updated logistics information for a long time.
6. International Duties, Taxes & Fees
For all international cross-border orders, all additional fees incurred in the destination country, including but not limited to import duties, value-added taxes, customs clearance fees and inspection fees, shall be borne solely by the recipient (buyer). We are not responsible for any taxes and customs-related fees. If the package is returned or abandoned due to the buyer's refusal to pay taxes or rejection of the package, we will only refund the product cost, deducting the round-trip international shipping fees, customs loss and handling fees.

7. Order Modification & Cancellation
Unshipped orders: Free modification of shipping address, order information or free cancellation is available within 24 hours after payment. For unshipped orders exceeding 24 hours, modification or cancellation requires customer service confirmation, and processing fees may apply. Shipped orders cannot be modified in address or cancelled. Any return or exchange requests shall be handled in accordance with our store return policy.

8. Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
Lost or delayed packages: If your package is lost or has abnormal delays, please contact us via BBQ2720701@outlook.com immediately. We will assist you in investigating and resolving the problem as soon as possible.
Damaged or missing items: Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the outer package, damaged products and shipping label within 48 hours after receiving the package. After verification, we will reship the products for free or provide full/partial refund, and all logistics fees will be borne by us.

9. Logistics Delays & Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for logistics delays, package detention and delivery failures caused by force majeure factors including but not limited to natural disasters, regional epidemic situations, international logistics strikes, strict customs inspection, policy changes and flight suspensions. However, we will fully assist customers in tracking logistics status and contacting carriers and customs to minimize losses.

We reserve the right to revise and update this shipping policy at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately after being posted on the official website without separate individual notifications.
